The second day of Summer School On Diplomacy has arrived. Today’s topics are bound to satisfy the participants’ inner most curiosities. Beside the informative seminar of the day, there is another seminar on negotiation which also includes a practical aspect – a workshop. The day began with Ms. Anda Șerban’s seminar on nuclear disarmament.
